At Fortinos, our Store Team Members are the backbone of our operations. They ensure that our stores are always stocked with fresh products that meet our customers' needs. As a Cake Decorator, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive in-store shopping experience by ensuring that our baked goods are visually appealing and of high quality.
What you'll do:
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Decorate and finish cake and pastry products to meet our high standards.
- Coordinate production and waste schedules to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Fulfill and maintain merchandising units to ensure that our products are displayed attractively.
- Wrap, price, and code finished products to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
Experience you bring:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in cake decorating and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
What you bring:
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to move up to 50lbs and maintain constant mobility throughout your shift.
