About the Role

Fresh Look Painting Ltd is seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Painter Assistant. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for supporting our painters in various tasks related to construction and site maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Unload Materials: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Clean and Organize: Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work, including removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Training and Development: Will train on the job, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Work Environment

As a Painter Assistant, you will work outdoors in various weather conditions, including dusty environments. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and be able to lift and move heavy materials as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this position.
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime.
