About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Developer to join our team at Axzoraresourcing. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on backend development and proficiency in React.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Backend Development (70%):
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Java.
  • Build scalable and high-performance APIs and services.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize backend performance.
Frontend Development (30%):
  • Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.
  • Implement user interfaces based on design specifications.
  • Ensure responsive and interactive user experiences.
  • Integrate frontend with backend services via RESTful APIs.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Use TypeScript with React to enhance application quality and maintainability.
  • Integrate with AWS Identity Provider (IDP) and Cognito for authentication and authorization.
  • Work with Looker and React for data visualization and reporting.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD processes for React/Web applications.
  • Continuously troubleshoot, benchmark, and optimize both backend and frontend applications.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on backend and frontend technologies.
  2. Java: Proficiency in Java with a solid understanding of backend development.
  3. JavaScript: Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  4. TypeScript: Experience with TypeScript in React applications.
  5. RESTful APIs: Familiarity with designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  6. AWS Integration: Knowledge of integrating with AWS IDP/Cognito for identity and access management.
  7. Looker Integration: Experience with Looker and integrating it with React applications.
  8. CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD processes for React/Web applications.
  9. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Strong skills in troubleshooting, benchmarking, and optimizing applications.
  10. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
