Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Taco Time, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and maintain a team player atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:
