Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Booster Juice Edmonton Airport. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- 1-7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Client focus, flexibility, and team player.
Our restaurant is located in the Edmonton Airport and is open 40 hours per week. We offer a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
