Job Overview

The Mobile Maintenance Superintendent will be a key member of our Maintenance Team, reporting to the Sr. Manager Maintenance and working a 2 X 2 rotation at Ekati. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and Demonstrate Safe Work Practices
  • Lead and Coach Team Members
  • Manage Maintenance Programs and Budgets
  • Manage Contracts and Work Management
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Authorities

Requirements

  • Ticketed Journeyman or Degree Qualified Engineer
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 15 years of related industry experience, including at least 5+ years maintenance planning experience
  • Sound understanding of equipment reliability concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly
