Credit Analysis Manager

Société Générale Assurances is seeking a highly skilled Credit Analysis Manager to join our Global Banking and Advisory team in Montreal, Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the credit approval process for GLBA in the Americas, including conducting approval processes for transactions requiring approval or greenlights by senior management.
- Produce weekly pipelines in relation to GLBA business lines and present to the GLBA Americas ExCo.
- Communicate deal flow to management and submit transactions for decision.
- Organize and coordinate Credit Committees for GLBA Management as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of credit approval processes for senior management, in accordance with global and local governances.
- Ensure audit trails of credit approval processes.
- Coordinate greenlight processes for the region.
- 10 years of credit analysis experience.
- Professional credit risk knowledge.
- Coordination/organization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, organize time, manage tight deadlines, and identify and accommodate shifting priorities with little notice.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal or no supervision.
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact effectively with professionals at all levels.
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
