Job Title: Floor Sander and Polisher

We are seeking a skilled Floor Sander and Polisher to join our team at A Fresh Look Painting & Construction Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for sanding and polishing floors to a high standard, ensuring a smooth and even finish. This is a permanent position working 33-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally interact with customers to understand their needs and expectations
  • Determine the most effective layout and installation procedures for floor sanding and polishing
  • Prepare and maintain accurate invoices and work orders
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Supervise and train other workers as needed
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications to ensure accurate work
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of experience in a related field
Work Environment
