Job Title: Floor Sander and Polisher

We are seeking a skilled Floor Sander and Polisher to join our team at A Fresh Look Painting & Construction Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for sanding and polishing floors to a high standard, ensuring a smooth and even finish. This is a key role in our company, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally sand and polish floors to a high standard
  • Determine the most effective layout and installation procedures for each job
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders accurately
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Supervise other workers and ensure a safe working environment
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of communication
  • 33 to 40 hours of work per week
