About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Host/Hostess to join our team at Spices of Punjab. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring seamless table service, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

In this role, you can expect:

  • To greet and seat guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with precision and efficiency;
  • To maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards;
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations and exceed customer expectations;
  • To handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently;
  • To communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and minimize delays;
  • To manage conflicts or issues that may arise during service, escalating them to management as needed;
  • To participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
