Job Summary:
The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. This role is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales and support the Store Management Team in achieving sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive store environment.
- Support the Store Management Team in merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations.
- Assist with loss prevention and maintain a secure store environment.
- Perform physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions:
The Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent standing, walking, and bending. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
Employment Details:
The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
