Job SummaryWe're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Torrid. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an outstanding shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty
- Operate the register and utilize sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
- Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and meets our high standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized stockroom and store environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
- Be fashion-focused and stay up-to-date on current trends
- A comprehensive benefits package, including flexible schedules, associate discounts, and mental health resources
- A competitive hourly rate of $17.40 - $18.20
