Bar Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Headquarters Restaurant & Bar. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Organize the daily operations of our cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean the bar area and wash glassware to maintain a high level of hygiene and presentation.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and snacks to our customers, taking orders and handling payments in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock to ensure we have the necessary supplies.
- Drink Preparation: Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard.
- Communication: Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Reliable: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Positive Attitude: A positive and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues.
