We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Assistant Store Manager to play a key role in the success of our store. As a leader, you will support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Manage store operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
