The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Lounsbury Furniture in Miramichi. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers, assisting them with their shopping needs.
  2. Work the sales floor selling furniture, bedroom sets, mattresses, and appliances, meeting targeted sales goals.
  3. Collaborate with the customer service team to place customer orders.

Requirements:

  1. Previous retail work experience is an asset.
  2. Understanding of the sales cycle and ability to work independently.
  3. Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellent customer service.
  4. Well-organized with a disciplined ability to follow through.
  5. Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs.
  6. High school diploma or GED required.
