About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at Luc Enterprise Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in all aspects of carpentry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimation and Planning: Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for various construction projects.
  • Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare layouts, measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
  • Construction and Installation: Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, erect walls and roof systems, fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work at heights, in noisy, dusty, and outdoors environments.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
