About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Business Director to join our team at Cossette. As a key member of our senior team, you will be responsible for developing close relationships with senior management and overseeing the total resources of the group to ensure clients receive the most intelligent, creative, and comprehensive response possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain close relationships with senior clients and team members, identifying opportunities and potential challenges early on.
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strong leadership and management to the team, ensuring positive working relationships are developed at other levels within the group and other disciplines.
  • Client Service: Oversee key aspects of the Agency's client service/business leadership capabilities, including team development, project management, and other partners to ensure Cossette is strongly positioned to deliver end-to-end projects flawlessly.
  • Financial Management: Have strong financial management experience, ensuring the agency's recommendations and performance (both financially and professionally) meet expectations.
  • Communication: Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and strategies to clients and team members.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience with an integrated advertising agency
  • Experience as a primary lead on a large piece of business, with the ability to run accounts top to bottom as needed
  • Strategically-minded, with a strong creative point of view
  • Strong financial management experience
  • Strong relationship builder and problem solver, with excellent communication and presentation skills
