Job Description

We are seeking a skilled individual with experience in a mechanical and service company to join Meridian West Mechanical Ltd. as a permanent position.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other units.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a commercial setting.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Plumber Trade Certification and Plumber Red Seal Certificate.
Work Environment:

The work site environment is outdoors and at heights. The work setting is commercial and mechanical with a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player skills.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
