About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vineyard Worker to join our team at Gallucci winery Inc. As a key member of our vineyard team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and productivity of our grapevines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the vineyard, including clearing fields of wood and stones
  • Maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
  • Mix and apply fertilizers to promote healthy growth
  • Pick and harvest grapes, ensuring high quality and yield
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors and sprayers
  • Implement soil fertility programs to optimize vineyard productivity
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
