Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technologist to join our team at the Animal Care Centre of Strathmore. As a key member of our mixed animal practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our veterinarians in delivering high-quality medical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians with physical examinations, patient assessment, and medical procedures
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Provide compassionate care for hospitalized patients and their owners
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices
