Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

About the Role:

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train new staff members on job duties, safety procedures, and quality control standards
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of food safety and quality control procedures, as well as experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive health benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a combination of sitting and standing positions.
