Vice President of Customer Success

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Vice President of Customer Success at Stonewood Group Inc. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and customer satisfaction by leading our professional services organization.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding
- Develop and implement scalable onboarding processes to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal agreements are in place and implementation processes are defined.
- Implementation Training and Certification
- Create and deliver training programs to ensure customers have the necessary skills to implement our solutions effectively.
- Develop and maintain a community of partners and customers to share best practices and knowledge.
- Services Sales Support and Bid Management
- Develop and maintain sales support tools and bid management processes to ensure commercial success.
- Customer Satisfaction and Retention
- Develop and track customer satisfaction metrics to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their expectations.
- 15+ years of software experience, with at least 5 years in a founder-led, fast-paced, high growth environment.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling software/solutions professional service organizations.
- Leadership and successful execution of complex IT implementation projects.
- Ability to build strong relationships within/across organizations and effective cross-functional/matrix management skills.
- Ability to coordinate business plans, goals and activities with both internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Possesses product/technology/industry knowledge as well as broad understanding of complex globally distributed customer environments.
- Innovative, forward-thinking leader, able to anticipate/plan for future.
- Proven track record of selecting, developing, retaining world class talent.
- Strong communication skills (Customer and Executive interface)
- Exceptional influence and negotiation skills
