Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with stakeholders to support the financial and commercial health of the franchise network.
* Identify and assess financial risks and improvement opportunities across the franchise network.
* Analyze and report on franchisee financial information, identifying ways to reduce costs, increase margins, and improve ROI.
* Maintain and grow relationships with financial institutions and support the management of franchisee debt.
* Support the Senior Manager, FP&A with reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Requirements:

* 4+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of accounting principles, banking, and funding requirements in a franchise, retail, or multi-site environment.
* A post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
* CA or CPA accreditation is an asset.
* Strong financial and business acumen, with practiced influencing/negotiation skills.
* Ability to build relationships and influence sound commercial outcomes.
* High attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
* Ability to problem solve, identify and manage risks, and a desire to enhance efficiencies.
* Strong skills in MS Office including Excel.
