Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at dependbuild. As a Sales Director, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine sales processes and strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Establish and document the sales process, including lead qualification, follow-up, negotiation, and closing procedures
  • Track sales activities and performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports for management
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales professionals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
