About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Reporting Analyst to join our team at LGC Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, creating, and implementing various dashboards that will be used across different functions globally.

As an HR Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in various Human Capital Management (HCM) upgrade projects, leveraging our IFS Cloud system.
  • Developing reports for dashboards and designing new dashboards for various functions within the Group.
  • Supporting our HR Analytics strategy by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Contributing to ad-hoc projects, including system configurations, data governance, internal report analysis, and due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in HCM systems, including IFS Cloud.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and reporting.

Requirements

  • Commercial experience in a HR Reporting Analyst role or similar.
  • HCM Systems experience, preferably with IFS Cloud.
  • Strong SQL experience.
  • Commercial Tableau experience.
  • Proven experience working within a matrixed environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Snowflake or DBT experience.
