We are seeking a highly skilled HR Reporting Analyst to join our team at LGC Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, creating, and implementing various dashboards that will be used across different functions globally.
As an HR Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in various Human Capital Management (HCM) upgrade projects, leveraging our IFS Cloud system.
- Developing reports for dashboards and designing new dashboards for various functions within the Group.
- Supporting our HR Analytics strategy by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Contributing to ad-hoc projects, including system configurations, data governance, internal report analysis, and due diligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain expertise in HCM systems, including IFS Cloud.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and reporting.
Requirements
- Commercial experience in a HR Reporting Analyst role or similar.
- HCM Systems experience, preferably with IFS Cloud.
- Strong SQL experience.
- Commercial Tableau experience.
- Proven experience working within a matrixed environment.
Desirable Skills
- Snowflake or DBT experience.
