Job Title: Established Cross-Border Class 1/AZ Driver Team

**Job Summary:**

Bison Transport is seeking an experienced Class 1/AZ driver team to join our cross-border operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for hauling freight between the U.S. and Canada, navigating complex routes, and ensuring timely deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Drive a tractor-trailer unit on long-haul routes, covering up to 18,000 miles per month
* Operate in various weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat
* Maintain accurate records of hours, mileage, and cargo
* Collaborate with dispatchers to optimize routes and meet delivery deadlines
* Participate in regular safety inspections and adhere to company safety protocols

**Requirements:**

* Valid Class 1/AZ license and FAST card
* Eligibility to drive in the U.S. and Canada
* 24 days on the road per month, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
* Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
