- Collaborate with external partners, such as the City of Ottawa Fleet Services, to maintain our vehicles and ensure compliance with regulations.
- A minimum of seven years' experience in fleet management, preferably in a large police organization or similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
