Lot Operations Manager

Jaguar Land Rover Vancouver is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Assistant Lot Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective policies for the parking lot
Supervise and train subordinate employees to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Conduct regular inspections of the lot to ensure proper physical conditions
Assign duties to lot employees and evaluate their performance
Promote high standards of customer service and organize training sessions for development and grooming of the team
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual
