Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Choice Janitorial Service Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Supervise and support other workers as needed
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel and make reservations
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
