Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Montana's BBQ & Bar North Battleford. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage servers, kitchen staff, and other support personnel to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring efficient inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and work under pressure.
