Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Foodland. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including food order summaries for the chef and work schedules.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
