Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Wayback Burger. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation, including portioning and wrapping food items, and preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Restock refrigerators, salad bars, and other storage areas as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including serving customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
