Job Title: Corporate/Securities/M&A Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate/Securities/M&A Lawyer to join our team at GPAC. The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of experience in corporate transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and global corporate restructurings.

Qualifications
  • JD from a Canadian accredited law school
  • Experience advising client companies on corporate transactions, including debt and equity financings and mergers and acquisitions
  • Licensed to practice law in Alberta
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Corporate Partners and Associates to deliver high-quality results
