About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Business Analyst to join our team at National Bank. As a Business Analyst in the Cybersecurity team, you will play a key role in liaising with business teams and delivery teams to drive business and technology projects forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Business Decision-Making: Collaborate with product owners, business line partners, and IT teams to inform decision-making and drive project deliveries.
  • Process Optimization: Define the scope of processes to be optimized and lead planning activities for various deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders to model current and target processes.
  • Business Requirements: Apply best practices to identify and write business requirements, ensuring their traceability.
  • User Support: Define and identify user test scenarios and support users with operational transfer.
About the Team

Our IT team is comprised of over 2,300 proactive, collaborative experts who work with agility to seize opportunities and continuously improve our processes. As part of the Cybersecurity sector, you will be part of a large team of 100 colleagues and report to Senior Manager, Business Owner Customer Identity and Access Management.
