Your Opportunity

Our Personal Debt Solutions team is seeking a highly skilled Junior Insolvency Analyst to join our team in St John's. As a Junior Insolvency Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting and preparing documents, letters, and correspondence, including processing mailouts and entering documents into internal systems.
  • Preparing statutory correspondence as part of bankruptcy and proposal filings, and monitoring creditor claims.
  • Analyzing reports, monitoring creditor claims, and following up on outstanding matters.
  • Providing administrative support to the Personal Debt Solutions department, including working with the local team and other departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client industries, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Identify and recommend effective service delivery solutions to clients.
  • Participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace.
  • Grow expertise through learning and professional development.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to liaise well with staff and outside parties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Post-secondary education is an asset, but not required.
  • Previous Insolvency/Personal Debt Solutions experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to stay organized in a busy work environment.
  • Ability to support high-level management demands with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
