Key Responsibilities- Judicial Representation: Represent clients in civil liability matters, including disputes related to negligence, personal injury, and injury claims.
- Case Management: Manage civil liability cases from opening to resolution, ensuring each file is complete, well-organized, and ready for hearings or negotiations.
- Legal Strategy Development: Design effective legal strategies to resolve civil liability disputes, analyzing facts, evaluating evidence, and proposing tailored solutions for each client's specific needs.
- Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate out-of-court settlements to avoid lengthy and costly lawsuits, protecting clients' interests while ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Drafting Legal Documents: Create legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements, adhering to legal standards and court requirements.
- Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of their case progress and answering questions with clarity and empathy.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in civil liability law.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex legal situations and propose innovative solutions to resolve disputes.
