Material Handling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team at CANADA INC. as a key member of our supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods and materials within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
- Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
- Ship orders and pick inventory for stock.
- Weigh materials and goods, and make labels to attach to goods.
- Provide excellent customer service to our valued clients.
- Perform tasks such as wrapping goods, packing and unpacking goods, sorting, crating, and stacking goods.
- Transport and distribute materials and goods in a timely and efficient manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, using computerized inventory control systems when necessary.
- Ensure the safe handling and storage of hazardous products.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and tight deadlines.
- Work under pressure to meet customer demands and expectations.
- Be physically demanding, requiring the ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination are essential in this role.
- Be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as necessary.
- Work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
