Your responsibilities will involve:
- Identifying, analyzing and understanding clients’ needs
- Formalizing these needs and looking for solutions
- Configuring the SuccessFactors software and its different modules
- Using BizXpress and BizXpert (SuccessFactors) methodology to manage the complete project life cycle
- Carrying out functional tests
- Documenting the implemented solution
- Training users and providing the necessary support
- Assisting the team or project manager in organizing delivery and supervising less experienced resources
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (an asset)
- Knowledge of design, implementation and deployment of SuccessFactors modules
- Strong ability for understanding and analyzing the HR management processes
- Customer service-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience leading workshops

Tes responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Identifier, analyser et comprendre les besoins des clients;
- Formaliser ces besoins et rechercher les solutions adaptées;
- Configurer le logiciel SuccessFactors et ses différents modules;
- Utiliser la méthodologie SuccessFactors pour gérer le cycle de vie complet du projet;
- Effectuer les essais fonctionnels;
- Documenter la solution mise en place;
- Former les utilisateurs et assurer le soutien requis;
- Assister le gestionnaire d’équipe ou de projet dans l’organisation de la livraison et encadrer les ressources moins expérimentées.
Compétences requises :
- Minimum de 3 années d’expérience en configuration de la solution SAP SuccessFactors, idéalement avec les modules EC et/ou Onboarding;
- Capacité à gérer un projet SuccessFactors de la conception, l’implantation, au déploiement ;
- Expérience dans l'analyse des processus de gestion des RH;
- Sens du service à la clientèle et excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles;
- Experience in leading workshops
