About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agro Equipment Operator to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As an Agro Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of agricultural equipment and machinery, as well as providing excellent customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain agricultural equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Fertilizer Plant Manager to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in safety inspections and adhere to safety standards and fall protection practices.
  • Load and unload trucks coming to and from the fertilizer plant, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work at heights without fear and willingness to learn.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Valid class 1A driver's license and clean drivers abstract preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more unassisted.
