Agricultural Equipment Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team at Enns Brothers, a leading John Deere dealership in Manitoba. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing complex agricultural equipment diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products
  • Prepare and submit reports and forms in a timely manner
  • Maintain current product knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
  • Mentor junior technicians and apprentices

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge of agricultural equipment repair methods, materials, tools, and techniques
  • Outstanding knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to use computer systems to support diagnostics and repairs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
