Vitality Integrative Health is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the preparation of operating budgets and maintenance of inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Record and relay information, monitor mobile radio or telephone, and manage routine office functions
  • Maintain work records and logs, calculate billing charges, and relay service to persons with disabilities
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Work Environment:
