We're looking for a seasoned Financial Operations Leader to join our team at CEI Fleet Collision and Safety. As the Director of Strategic Enablement, you'll be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting for our Acceleration Office and Project Management Office.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish data feeds to automate reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and milestones. Ensure timely completion of KPIs across strategic objectives, escalating any exceptions that arise.
Work closely with our Executive Lead and VP Acceleration Office to build and execute a continuous improvement initiative to enhance our execution capabilities. This may involve projects such as operational readiness, change management, or commercial enablement.
- DRIVE ACCOUNTABILITY ACROSS PROJECT WORKING GROUPS.
- ENSURE TIMELY SUBMISSION OF MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORTS TO HQ.
- IDENTIFY AND STREAMLINE BUSINESS PROCESSES TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY AND REDUCE INEFFICIENCIES.
- MENTOR AND DEVELOP YOUR TEAM TO BUILD A HIGH-PERFORMING ENABLEMENT FUNCTION.
- COLLABORATE WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE STRONG EXECUTION ACROSS INITIATIVES.
