Fire Alarm Division Sales Representative

Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a challenging role in the fire protection industry? We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Division Sales Representative to join our team at Viking Fire Protection Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their fire alarm needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our technical team to stay up-to-date on the latest fire alarm technologies and products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales and customer service processes.
Requirements:
  • College diploma in fire protection or building mechanics or civil engineering, or high school diploma and equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the fire alarm contracting business.
  • Experience troubleshooting and/or installing fire alarm systems (an asset).
  • Knowledge of products used in fire protection and fire alarm and more specifically Notifier products (an asset).
  • Proficiency in standards and codes governing the design and installation of fire alarm systems.
  • CFAA certification (an asset).
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to work well independently.
  • Strong customer service skills.
