At Viking Fire Protection Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and training to clients on fire alarm systems
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in fire alarm technology
Requirements:
- College diploma in fire protection or building mechanics or civil engineering, or high school diploma and equivalent relevant experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the fire alarm contracting business
- Experience troubleshooting and/or installing fire alarm systems (an asset)
- Knowledge of products used in fire protection and fire alarm and more specifically Notifier products (an asset)
- Proficiency in standards and codes governing the design and installation of fire alarm systems
- CFAA certification (an asset)
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to work well independently
- Strong customer service skills
