Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Advisor to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients, primarily university students, in our RBC University locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their everyday banking, credit, and investment needs through the use of digital tools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to provide value-added services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to deliver a seamless client experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, with a focus on digital banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Mutual Funds accreditation, with a strong understanding of investment products and services.
