About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Lina's Italian Market & Cappuccino Dessert Bar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexible, team player, and organized.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
