Job Title: Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Coxs Auto Clinic. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assess customer feedback and concerns, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Explain services and costs to customers, and ensure they understand the work being performed.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics to track customer interactions and service delivery.
  • Perform general office duties, including receiving and logging complaints, and issuing receipts.
  • Consult with customers after service to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work 40 to 45 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Dental, health care, and vision care benefits.
