Job Summary

The Maintenance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our branch(es) by providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and performing administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the branch team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service and communication to internal and external customers.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering parts, receiving and storing inventory, and ensuring timely updates to PartsNet.
  • Perform process analyses and reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with the branch financial manager to provide guidance and information that contributes to branch performance and profitability.
  • Support the branch team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a service and parts department preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
