Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our team at HIGH CLASS FURNITURE LIMITED. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating sewing machines to join sections of garments or other articles into finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operate sewing machines or sew by hand to produce high-quality products.
  • Use sewing guides and tension devices to achieve precise stitching and consistent quality.
  • Work with a variety of materials, including cotton, synthetic, leather, and velvet.
Work Environment

Our production facility is a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. You will be working in a noisy area with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work in a repetitive task environment.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
Language and Communication

English is the primary language of communication in our workplace. You will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth production operations.
