About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at ADRIENNE SCAGLIONE. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical well-being.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring the home is safe and healthy.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits and well-being.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment.
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis (note: this is not a condition of employment).
  • Urban area location.
